Reservations:  Reservations are recommended.  A 50% deposit of the total rental is due at time of the reservation.  Reservations will be held for up to 30 minutes past the scheduled pick up time.  On delivered items, the customer is responsible for the equipment from the delivery to the pickup.  Equipment must be secure and protected from damage.  Charges apply to damaged or missing items.

Cancellations:  All cancellations within 7 days of the event are subject to a cancellation fee of equal to 50% of the total rental.  25% of the total rental will be assessed if a reservation is cancelled less than 21 days prior to the event.  Some sub-rented items may be subject to a nonrefundable policy.

Rental Periods:  Rental items are required to be picked up and returned during normal business hours only!  Weekend returns are due no later than noon the following Monday.

Payment Options:  All charges are required to be paid in advance of use.  Credit card must be used to secure all party rentals.
